Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the event that the item doesn't suit your purposes, or arrives damaged, or you've simply changed your mind - please send an email within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

We'll email back with where to return them to (please do this within 14 days). Once they have been received a refund will be arranged within 14 days and will be sent back to the person who made the purchase.
